Each session is 6 weeks in length and has 12 classes. Each class is designed to strengthen, lengthen, motivate and educate athletes of all levels. We get down to the basics of cardio endurance, core conditioning, strength training, flexibility and nutrition so that you can have positive, visible results that will motivate you and keep you on track. This class is great for runners, triathletes or weekend warriors.
Class size is limited to 4 so that Khrystyne can customize each session to your individual needs in a small group setting. This special attention will keep you injury free and always progressing forward.
$260 per session.
