With six years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer in theSacramento area, I have trained people from all walks of life with many different types of goals.
As a wife and mother of two, I've struggled with my bad health habits of my own. But, after I changed my attitude towards fitness and embraced a healthy lifestyle I achieved a 97lb weight loss and I’ve never turned back. Now, my love of helping others achieve their own personal goals is the driving factor in my own motivation for living a healthy lifestyle.
Far beyond the gym, I enjoy developing individualized fitness programs designed to maintain overall muscle health and increased athletic performance for all of my clients. I also volunteer my time with Women's Empowerment: an amazing organization dedicated to educating and empowering women who are homeless with the skills and confidence necessary to get a job, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and regain a home for themselves and their children.Outside of the gym, you can find me on local media outlets such as KCRA, Good Day Sacramento, News10 and Fox 40 giving tips and tricks for a healthier lifestyle. In conjunction with my personal training, I also provide a variety of free workshops at Fleet Feet Sacramento and within the community: foam rolling clinics, specialty yoga clinics, boot camps and custom workforce wellness programs.
